Hello everyone! My name is Sasha, I’m 21, and I have lived in Sumy for five years. I have always been able to get along with different types of people. And after working for three months as a waiter in the hotel/restaurant Shafran, I have developed several important skills, including multitasking and decision making. Also, it was good practice for my English speaking skills. I mean dialogues with foreign guests. Of course, sometimes there were situations when people did not want to leave the restaurant despite the end of a working day. In a previous position, I worked as a laboratory assistant in the field of information technologies at Sumy State University, which gave me good bug detection and document management skills. Furthermore, after six months of work, I was appointed to have responsibility for organizing the work of our center. I was managing more than 30 employees. We use the Trello app. All my work was connected with the computer, especially after the situation with Covid-19. All our work has become remote. And I really liked it because I didn’t need to spend a lot of time on makeup. I am sure that my background will help me to achieve all goals you have set for this position.
I like to create, improve and test things, but the most important is that I like what I do. I like to work in a team because it gives me an opportunity to learn a lot of useful things. Plus, you always feel supported. But at the same time, I like to work on my own because it gives more freedom in actions, and you are not dependent on the group. But whatever it is, I think the people I work with are the main thing.
Now let me tell you a little more about my personal qualities. Honesty and fairness are trades that I respect in people. I like to articulate my thoughts clearly and directly. That’s why I like to communicate with people who have their own opinion. It is always interesting to listen to how people express their thoughts, even if they are different from yours. And, I think the way you do your job should meet the values you have in life.
So, thank you for listening, and have a nice day!
