Hi, my name is Yaroslav Stavitskyi. I am 21 years old and I live in Kherson, Ukraine. As a recent graduate, I haven’t had many opportunities to gain much experience as a translator though still as a student I’ve translated two articles on the history of the Kherson region that is now published in the digital library of the University of Bedfordshire. Translator and/or interpreter have been my dream jobs for the longest time and that’s why I’m trying my hardest to land a full-time job that is somehow connected to translation. I also consider it to be my hobby since in my spare time I from time to time this way constantly improve my skills. I’ve always liked to work as a team because, in my opinion, it is much better to tackle some different problems as a team instead of a single person. I am very reliable, responsible, meticulous and I am a quick learner. I get along with people easily. I’ve always been fascinated with game Direction and game development, in general, that’s why in the future I would like to lead a game localization team, for now, I consider it to be my main goal and something I would want to achieve. At work, I like the aspect that allows you to constantly gain new knowledge, gain new information, learn new skills but at the same time, I dislike the monotonous nature of it which I’ve come to accept. I sincerely hope that I will be a worthy candidate for you. Thank you for your attention. Bye.
